Billing questions
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It does not expire, and nothing is charged unless you choose Pro yourself. Three bars stay free for as long as you want them.
What counts towards my bar limit?
Every bar you hold, whether it is live or still a draft. Delete a bar you are not using and the slot comes back.
How does billing work?
Through Shopify. The charge appears on your Shopify invoice with the rest of your apps, so there is no separate card to manage with us.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your bars are kept. If you hold more than the free plan allows, you choose which three stay live before the change takes effect.
Do you charge per order or per view?
Never. One flat price, however much traffic your store gets.
