Four rules we do not bend

Speed is a feature, not a setting

An app on a storefront is a guest on someone else's page. Ours are measured in kilobytes and are held to a budget before they ship.
The less we know, the better

We do not collect shoppers. If a feature would need personal data to work, we look for a way to build it that does not.
Simple enough to finish

A merchant should be able to set something up on a Tuesday afternoon without a developer, a call, or a help article open in another tab.
